We are thrilled to inform you that the highly anticipated Year 6 shirts are currently at the printers and will be shipped out as soon as we receive them. We know how excited you are to receive them, and we can’t wait to see you wearing them proudly - whether online or at school events.

Our recent Certificate III in Fitness workshop was a fantastic success! Over the past few weeks, Faith students have been diving into hands-on training, building their skills, and gaining real-world experience to kickstart their careers in the fitness industry.

On 4 April, Year 6 will be hosting our last assembly of Term 1. We would love for you to join us for a special Easter assembly to end the term and to celebrate this special time of year.

On March 22, 2025, the QLD Pedalprix Superseries roared into action at the Nerang Cycle Centre, delivering an adrenaline-fueled showdown.

On March 20th, our Faith Students had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Gold Coast Cross Country event! It was a day filled with determination, teamwork, and perseverance as they pushed themselves to the finish line.

Last Wednesday, three of our students had the privilege of competing at the CSSAQ (Christian Schools, QLD) Swimming Carnival held at Chandler Aquatic Centre. This event provided an excellent opportunity for our athletes to test themselves against strong competition in an Olympic-standard venue.

This year's Year 12 Chemistry workshop was conducted at the Faith Flexible Learning School on 14 March 2025. Mrs. Bibi Thomas, Senior Chemistry Teacher, led the students as they performed a variety of mandatory practicals related to the Year 12 Chemistry course.

We are excited to celebrate the outstanding achievements of one of our talented Year 7 students, Abigail S, who recently made her mark at the Karate Queensland State Championships held in late February.

March 14th marks International Pi Day, a day dedicated to celebrating the mathematical constant π (pi) and the wonders of mathematics! Our school community embraced the spirit of Pi Day with creativity, fun activities, and a love for learning.

At Faith we have a number of the Secondary School English novels available for Library loan. If you are keen to use the Library rather than purchase these items, please contact the Library Team.

Registration is now open for the Mission Outreach Trip in May 2025, a meaningful opportunity for Years 10-12 Faith students to develop ministry and Christian servitude skills while serving the local community.

This special day, titled GodSpeed is themed around Kairos: Exploring God's Timing, inspired by Ecclesiastes 3, which reminds us that there is a time for everything under the heavens. 

With NAPLAN fast approaching I wanted to highlight a message to Parents/Guardians and that is, don’t lose sight of the big benefits NAPLAN offers your children, families and teachers across Australia. Remember NAPLAN does not test everything a child knows but it does provide a snapshot of how children are going in areas key to opening up their future opportunities.

Please keep an eye on your student's email inbox. Instructions with details about Senior Secondary students' USI and LUI numbers will be sent to their Outlook email accounts this week (Week 1, 2025). If you are a continuing student you can also find your LUI on previous reports or your school ID. 

This week, keep an eye on your student’s email account; their personal Essential Assessment (EA) Diagnostic Assessment login will be sent to this inbox. If you are an existing student, your EA login will remain the same as previous years.

Senior Secondary (Years 10-12) students and parents, please take a moment to review the subjects in the timetable to see what you are currently enrolled in. If you notice any issues or need to make changes to your subjects, please use the Senior Subject Change Form. 

Faith Talks on Fridays will now start at 10:30 am, starting this Friday, 21 February. Faith Prayer will meet on Mondays from 1pm, commencing Week 2. More detail can be found on the website and in your timetable.

2024 is the third year of Faith Christian School's Pedal Prix program! The team grew from 8 students to 12, and entered two teams. Here's a recap of the club's achievements in 2024, from Principal and Coach Graeme Johnston. 

We are pleased to share that Year 10 and Year 11 Booklists are available for 2025. The 2025 booklist is available to view on the Resources Section of our website and available to purchase via Box of Books.

All Maths Quest textbooks in 2025 will be a new edition (5th Edition) for students in Years 7 to 11. Faith students will continue to receive the digital eBook via Box of Books, with the option for parents to purchase the physical textbook.

Please do not purchase old or secondhand Maths Quest textbooks, as these will not be the correct edition.
