Impressive Display of Talent at the Cert III Music Intensive

Lights on, cameras rolling, and the sound of live music filling the room—last Thursday and Friday our Certificate III Music students stepped into the spotlight for an unforgettable two-day intensive at LiveCity Church in Redbank Plains.

Students in the Production stream took on real-world industry roles, planning and programming the stage lighting, recording multi-angle video footage, and mixing the live audio for an 11-song concert performed by their peers in the Performance stream. With only one full day together on Thursday to rehearse in person, both teams pulled together impressively, working like seasoned professionals to prepare for Friday’s soundcheck and final show.

When performance time arrived, each artist brought their own unique style and energy to the stage, sharing favourite songs with confidence and passion. Family and friends filled the room, cheering on the performers and creating a fantastic atmosphere. The level of talent among these high school musicians was truly extraordinary.

Trainer Mr Paul Pardede also shared some exciting news: this year, the Certificate III Music students will be recording their very own album! The album will be released to the Faith community on a donation basis to help raise funds for students attending upcoming school mission trips, while also showcasing the incredible musical talent at Faith.
