Join Our Exercise Classes – Get Fit & Help Our Students!

Starting Tuesday 21 April, 1.00pm (Term 2, Week 1), we’re inviting parents, friends, teachers, and students to join our Certificate III in Fitness students as they start instructing classes. We would love you to join in our fun and energising exercise sessions! Your attendance will help our students complete part of the fitness certificate requirements.

Session Times Each Week:

🏋️ Monday 1.00pm

🏋️‍♂️ Tuesday 1.00pm

🏋️  Wednesday 1.00pm

🏋️‍♂️ Thursday 1.00pm

45-minute sessions, including a mix of cardio, strength, stretching and flexibility

Location: Online in Fitness Club classroom

All fitness levels are welcome! Join as often as you like - no full-time commitment is needed. Students will lead cardio, bodyweight, and strength workouts (no equipment needed - we can show you how to make DIY weights with milk bottles!).
