Let Your Imagination Shine: Enter the 2025 Literary Competition

Attention All Aspiring Authors!

The 2025 Literary Competition is now open for entries from students and teachers.

Details

We encourage you to show off your talent by submitting your poetry, short story or non-fiction prose by Friday 13th June 2025. This competition is run by the Independent Education Union and English Teachers Association of Queensland, with prize money to be won!

There is a limit of ten entries per category per school (Years 11-12, Years 9-10, Years 7-8 and Years 5-6).

Please email Mrs Taylor at kylie.taylor@faith.qld.edu.au to advise if you are entering this competition to ensure that your entry is counted.

All entries must follow the competition Rules, Terms and Conditions which are explained on the entry form.
