Job Vacancy: RTO Engagement Officer (remote)

At Faith, our community starts with our families. We are expanding our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) team and invite expressions of interest from a Faith parent for a new role within our school.

RTO Engagement Officer – Full-Time Contract Immediate Start Work From Home

We are seeking a full-time (38 hours per week) RTO Engagement Officer to support students in their vocational education journey. This is a work-from-home contract position with an immediate start, running until 4 December, and a strong potential to become permanent in 2027. Applications close 31 August, 2026.

About the Role

The RTO Engagement Officer will facilitate and provide comprehensive support to Distance Education students. The role focuses on reviewing student assignment for initial completeness, contacting students and parents to encourage resubmission, updating LMS course results and referring students that need detailed assistance to the Course Trainer. 

The RTO Engagement Officer will be responsible for, but is not limited to, the following, as directed and provided by the RTO Senor Administrator: 

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing student assignments for initial completeness
• Contacting students and parents to encourage resubmission
• Updating LMS course results
• Referring students needing additional support to Course Trainers
• Assisting with marking and progress reporting
• Updating training documents
• Participating in team meetings and Professional Development

Required: 

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Excellent communication via email and phone
• A mature Christian faith and ability to model Christ-like values

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Sentral Database and Schoolbox LMS
• RTO administration experience
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
• Experience with LMS platforms and marking submissions
