Sunshine Coast Cross Country

Sunshine Coast Cross Country
Josh Lemmbruggen, Sport Coordinator

With the last couple of years being washed out, it was nice to be back on the Sunshine Coast for the Cross Country Carnival. The rain nearly threatened again, but students showed great enthusiasm as they tackled the wet course with some steady showers throughout the day. A huge shout out to the parents as well for turning out in the damp conditions.

There was great representation across all four houses with encouragement and cheering for their house mates. Competition remained tight across all age groups, but in the end, it was our new house Ararat, emerging as the overall champions, claiming the Sunshine Coast Cross Country title for 2026.

A huge thank‑you to staff, volunteers, and families who supported the event and helped keep spirits high despite the weather. Congratulations to all students for representing their houses with pride and giving their best.
