Years 2–4 Kuranda Scenic Railway Excursion

Our Years 2 - 4 students enjoyed a wonderful excursion on the Kuranda Scenic Railway as part of the Year 2 Earth Science and HASS curriculum.

The day ran smoothly from start to finish, with students completing activity sheets along the journey while learning about the World Heritage listed rainforest.

A highlight of the trip was stopping at Barron Falls for photos, where students appreciated the spectacular natural scenery.

After arriving in Kuranda, students enjoyed free time to explore before heading home. The children especially loved spending time together, sharing new experiences, and taking in the sights along the way.
