Meet Mrs Bonnie Doherty

Bonnie is originally from England and married to her Irish husband. Together with their four children - a daughter (who was recently married) followed by three sons, they have enjoyed an international family life — living in France for seven years before settling in Australia six years ago.

Although Bonnie trained as a primary teacher, she spent most of her teaching career in secondary education, where she especially enjoys maths and science. She is a very creative person and loves expressing that through sewing and crochet, and she has a special soft spot for cats and wild birds - but they don't like each other!
