Adventurer's Guide to Noosa Camp

Where: Noosa Sea Scout Camp Ground, 11 Eumundi Rd., Noosaville
Who: Year 7-10 Students
Tickets: $190
This program is designed to challenge the students in developing a growth mindset whilst participating in an adventure based learning program. There will be plenty of opportunities for the students to step outside their comfort zone, try new activities and connect with others.
Program Aims:
- To engage with other Faith students; work as a collective or team; making new connections and sharing various roles and responsibilities that go along with a journey based expedition
- To provide an adventure-based learning experience that links with the Health and Physical Education Curriculum and provide 21st century learning opportunities for students to develop various general capabilities.
- To explore and inquire into the natural area, explore fauna and flora at different sites and make connections as to how the different environmental cycles affect the local environment.

Camp Staff
What to Bring
All School Camp Programs will have the students engage in various adventure based learning activities where they will be outside and could get dirty. We recommend that they don’t come away on camp programs in new or expensive clothing, old comfortable clothes are preferable.
If you require medications please organise a Webster pack to use over the camp period. You will need to make yourself known to the camp instructor upon arrival and pass on the Webster pack for safekeeping.
Please bring enough clothing for three days + one day extra as a back up.
