Pedal Prix
What is Pedal Prix?
Pedal Prix is a competition where teams race a “human powered vehicle" on a closed circuit. Teams are divided into categories based on aged, gender and ability. Other categories includes School Build and Restricted, where the trike has less than 50% fairing. This is a relay race and the aim is to see who can complete the most laps in the time allowed.
2025 Season
We had a fantastic Season in 2025. Our Junior Boys won their devision (tied in 1st place)
Senior boys also did fantastic!The QLD Pedal Prix Super Series was also able to take three teams down to South Australia for a 24 hour race with 2 of your students representing our school at the event. The QLD Junior mixed team won this race too and was awarded the fastest lap in their category!
2026 Season
We are aiming to have a Primary Team, Junior Team and two Senior Teams as well as a Community team made up out of past students, teachers and parents this year. Races we will be competing in are: Ipswich, Toowoomba, Townsville, Gladstone, Gold Coast, Emerald and Brisbane.
Pedal Prix is a great way to minister to the pubic and showcase our Christian Values in a positive way and we encourage as many of our Faith families as possible to join us at these events. Come along and cheer on the riders. You won’t be able to miss us in our blue and yellow shirts!

Early March our Pedal Prix teams, Staff and Parents rode 21km on the Brisbane Veloway for their first Pre-Season bike ride!

We're seeking volunteers for the Murarrie Pedal Prix on Saturday 30 August. Our fundraising event is running a snow cone stall at the Pedal Prix event (12pm-8pm). Whether you can help for an hour or the whole morning, your support counts!

Our Faith Pedal Prix team competed at the Gladstone Kart Club on 19 - 20 July, showing outstanding teamwork, resilience, and school spirit. Racing against schools from across Queensland, the students represented Faith with excellence both on and off the track. A huge thank you to our staff, parents, and volunteers for their support!
