Future Pathways Guidance
Discover the Faith Difference in Career Guidance
Choosing subjects at Faith is a very different experience. With access to a wide range of offerings—including Certificate courses, partnerships with external training organisations, distance education, and other schools—students are no longer limited to choosing the least worst option from a fixed list. Instead, they’re empowered to build a pathway that truly fits.
We believe that just as every student is uniquely gifted with God-given talents and capabilities, each one deserves a personalised pathway that honours and respects who they are.

Our Career Education Program
Our Career Education Program is designed to help students build a meaningful future by guiding them through four key stages of career development. Whether you're just beginning to think about your interests or preparing to take your next big step, this program provides the tools, experiences, and support to help you grow with confidence.
Through personalised support and practical tools, our team of Pathways Coordinators will help you navigate:
- 🧠 Know Yourself – Discover your strengths, interests, and values
- 🔍 Explore Options – Learn about careers, industries, and study pathways
- 🛠️ Gain Experience – Build skills through hands-on learning and opportunities
- 🚀 Take Action – Apply for courses, jobs, or training and prepare for life beyond school
Whether you're in Year 9 just starting to think about your future, or in Year 12 ready to take the next step, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
How We Support You
We know planning your future can feel overwhelming. That’s why our Pathways Coordinators work closely with students and families to provide:
- Meaningful activities and resources to help students reflect, explore, and prepare
- One-on-one meetings to build a clear and personalised career pathway
- Guidance on subject selection, vocational training, and tertiary applications
- Access to opportunities like work experience, University Headstart programs, and school-based apprenticeships and traineeships
As part of our service, we sit down with you to identify a pathway that works for your student and supports the goals they’re aiming for.
