The Certificate III  in Christian Ministry and Theology Course will strengthen your faith in God and prepare you to share the gospel to the world. You will gain understanding in the foundations of our faith, learn how to defend the gospel, share your faith with others  and know how to apply the Word in every situation.

Students will be given opportunity to serve in their local church, preach in class and at Faith Talks, our weekly online chapel service, join local mission trips, serve people in need, as well as debate and present the gospel in different contexts. 

Available for students in years 10-12, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification on completion. In addition, students will receive up to 8 points towards QCE for this training.

Course Requirements

  • Student must attend live interactive lessons for  collaborative learning, 2 hrs on Tuesday and  Thursday afternoons. Note: video recordings are used as revision tools and do not substitute for  attendance and interaction.
  • Students must have their webcam on and speak to other students using a microphone. 
  • Students must have fast reliable internet connection with webcam and microphone for video conferencing.
  • To demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, Students will be expected to hand in one practical assignment per week, which is completed in their own time in addition to interactive sessions. 30 minutes to 2 hours per task.

8 QCE Points

Students receive a nationally-recognised qualification on completion of this training.

Serve in Your Local Church

Students develop their practical ministry skills through two internship: one at their local church and the other in a a community care ministry. Additionally students will also be given opportunity to join Faith's local missions trips.

Grow in God!

Students will engage in  daily Bible reading and the discipline of maintaining a reflective Journal, discover the foundations of our faith, learn how to defned the faith and share the gospel with others.
