For the Sentral Parent Portal, ensure that you have registered first. Contact IT Support for an access key.

Students

FIRST LOGIN?

Once you have received your login details, follow these steps:

  1. Open your school email: https://mail.google.com
  2. Use your login details to enter the system
  3. When prompted, change your password (do not share this password with anyone)
  4. Now log into your folder directory: https://drive.google.com
  5. Finally, follow these steps to log into Learning@Faith

Helpful Tips for Students and Home Educators

  • Troubleshooting: Our systems are tested to work on laptops and PCs using Google Chrome web browser. If you have an issue, test using Chrome in Guest mode (click on the profile icon next to the 3 dot menu and select Guest).

  • Learning@Faith (L@F): is the system you use to find lesson information, navigate to classes, view the timetable, receive school or classroom news, and check grades and due work dates.  It also holds extensive Help pages with very useful information.

  • Log out: When you have finished using L@F for the day, Log Out at the top right of the screen.
  • Switch Profiles: If sharing the same device, switch the user profile to match your account. This is found at the top right of the Google Chrome browser.
  • Onboarding: Once the enrolment process is confirmed, parents will receive a Welcome email from IT Support (one per each child in our school). This will include login ID and password details. Please check your email Spam folder if you cannot find these emails. Allow up to 3 business days for your Welcome emails to arrive from our IT team.
  • Faith HELP: When you are logged into L@F, go to the Faith Help section. It has information on all aspects of accessing our systems for yourself and your students.
  • Restart your computer: To keep your computer cache clear and prevent some common issues, it is also a good habit to set your computer to RESTART each evening when you finish for the day.
