Dear Faith families,
As you know, our new online learning system, Learning@Faith, is now live, as is the timetable. We acknowledge that there are still some teething issues with student logins and other details related to year levels and subjects, particularly as we transition enrolment data from our older student database. Our staff are working hard to address each question that comes through and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
We also want to assure all of our families that our teachers are aware of login delays and will not penalise students for late assessment submissions in the first two weeks of the term.

If you have a question related to:
- Your students’ year level showing up incorrectly in Learning@Faith and/or if you need to make a change to an elective, please email enrolments@faith.qld.edu.au.
- Printed workbooks and resource distribution, please email resources@faith.qld.edu.au.
- Any Learning@Faith log in difficulties, home educator usernames and passwords, or Faith student email accounts, please email itsupport@faith.qld.edu.au.
- Any other topic, please email admin@faith.qld.edu.au and we will redirect your question to a staff member who can help you.
